| Overlooking Lake Ontario, the historical Lake Shore Country Club with its spacious grounds and informal atmosphere is certainly the most unique course in Rochester. Starting in 1932, Lake Shore has been, without interruption, the only golf club in Rochester with both membership and daily fee play. No less than 100 playing members of other clubs in the city had their links start at Lake Shore. |

In 2001 Rochester natives and P.G.A. Tour Players Jeff Sluman and Dudley Hart along with Dudley's father, Chuck purchased Lake Shore. The new ownership trio has already done extensive renovation to the course as well as a complete new look for the clubhouse and purchase of new golf carts.
